Sam & Louie's now has Gluten-Free Menus
Sam & Louie’s Pizzeria announces that Gluten Free Pizzas are now available. In an effort to become more health conscious, Gluten Free Pizzas are now being offered in all 15 Sam & Louie’s locations. In addition to Sam & Louie’s new crust, salad dressings, sauces (excluding alfredo sauce) and all meat toppings (excluding meatballs) are Gluten Free.
Celiac disease is becoming one of the most prevalent diseases in the world. Studies show that one in 100 Americans suffers from this condition. Celiac disease is caused by an adverse reaction to Gluten. Gluten is most commonly found in wheat, rye and barley.
These menu items are either gluten free as prepared, or are modified to be gluten free. However, due to the nature of restaurants and cross-contamination concerns, we are unable to guarantee all menu items are in fact 100% gluten free.
